125g cheddar cheese 125g cream cheese 125g coon cheese 1 small grated onion 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum 2 tablespoons chopped gherkin 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 tablespoon paprika Soften cream cheese, add grated cheeses. Mix 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce. Add 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum, 2 tablespoons chopped gherkins, 1 small grated onion. Combine all ingredients. Wrap in gladwrap for easier handling. Shape and chill until firm. Roll in equal quantities of paprika and curry powder each (1 tablespoon). Make at least 12 hours before serving to famished writers in the library during lunch or afternoon tea. Everyone will appreciate it and almost certainly ask for the recipe. (Thanks Debra) |
